WPA Closing Nov. 16th
The Washington Passport Agency will be closed on Wednesday November 16th, 2011 for system maintenance. As a result the WPA cannot accomodate applications for Emergency passport processing on November 16th. See note below from the WPA:

our normal daily workload intake.
