March 17th Winter Storm
A severe winter storm continues to affect the mid-Atlantic United States, including the metro Washington DC area.
The US Passport Agency is closed as are most of the Embassies in Washington, D.C.
Our Virginia Office is also closed however, customer service is operating under normal business hours. We can be reached by chat, email and phone.
