Ghana: Visa on Arrival December 2023 through January 15th 2024
Ghana is now allowing all travelers to obtain a visa on arrival from December 1st 2023 through January 15th 2024. The announcement states this is being done to "help facilitate entry of all visitors into the country throughout the holiday season".
As of December 1, 2023 The Ghanaian Government will expand the eligibility for visa-on-arrival applicants to include all travelers regardless of nationality. Travelers will not be required to apply for a visa prior to arrival if they intend to enter Ghana during this time (12.1.23 to 1.15.24 ONLY) .
The visa waiver will allow travelers to acquire a 30-day single-entry visa upon arrival at the International airport in Ghana.
