Application requirements and fees for Passports and visas are not in the control of PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. and are subject to change without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in embassy consular fees, processing procedures, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance. PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. is not responsible for changes in application requirements or fees or for any loss or delay relating to such changes. You agree hereby to be responsible for and shall pay PassportVisaExpress.com, Inc. for all fees and changes in fees. You certify that all statements and information provided by you to PassportVisaExpress.com, Inc. will be true and correct.

Completed passports and visas are normally sent by couriers, FedEx, U.S. Certified Mail, or airline package services and are subject to the terms and conditions set by these companies. PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. is not responsible for any loss or delays incurred for shipments consigned to these delivery services.

We stand by our service 100%. If we fail to meet our commitment of service to you we will refund 100% of our service fee but not any fees or changes paid to third parties. We cannot be held responsible for actions or delays caused by the U.S. Passport Agency, foreign embassies, consulates or third party services such as couriers or other delivery services. This guarantee does not cover damages and is limited to the refund of our service fee. This guarantee is your exclusive remedy in the event of a service failure.

A Consular fee is the fee the U.S. State Department, Embassy or Consulate charges for the issuance of a visa and or passport. It is also commonly known as an application fee. When applying for a visa or visa support Passport Visa Express.com will charge you for the consular fee and then pay it to the Embassy on your behalf when your application is submitted. Consular fees must be paid to Passport Visa Express.com prior to an application being submitted for processing. Consular fees are non refundable.

PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information from applicants or errors caused by applicants.

PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc.'s liability for processing delays, loss, damages whether direct, incidental, special or consequential including but not limited to the loss of profit or income regardless of whether or not PassportVisaExpress.com, Inc. may have had knowledge or should have known that such damages may be incurred is limited to the amount of service fee paid by you to PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. In no event shall PassportVisaExpress.com, Inc. nor its agents, contractors, employees, officers, directors and affiliates, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or income, whether or not PassportVisaExpress.com, Inc, had knowledge that such damages might be incurred. PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc.'s liability for damage to or loss of the passport, visa or other documents caused by PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc., is limited to the cost of replacement or $199.00 whichever is less.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc., will not be liable or responsible for any damage, loss or delay caused by third parties, delivery companies or events beyond the control of PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. including but not limited to civil commotions, Acts of God, war, terrorist acts, strikes, embassy closure, acts or omissions of public authorities, agencies, consular offices and consular officials.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that embassy consular officials, U.S. Passport Agency officials, Homeland security officials and other agencies may request customer to provide additional documentation or may request revised documentation. Customer also acknowledges and agrees that the official responsible for the issuance of the passport or visa may not give a reason for the denial of the passport or visa. Customer acknowledges and agrees that PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. is not responsible for the inaction or action of those officials.

All quotes of processing times are approximate. Processing time cannot be guaranteed and the processing time quotes cannot and should not be relied upon.

Passport and Visa requirements are established by each country and are subject to change without notice. PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. provides the best possible information available but cannot guarantee that the information provided is the most current and complete.

PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion may refuse to process any passport, visa or other document.

Passports and Visas should first be secured and in customer's possession prior to customer purchasing non-refundable tickets or reservations.

All formulae, processes, machines, compositions of matter (or improvements thereof), computer programs, know-how, discoveries, techniques , drawings, specifications, forms, procedures, software, and all other documents, data and materials ("Materials") in any way related to the Application Preparation produced by PassportVisaExpress.com, Inc. for you pursuant to these terms and conditions shall be the sole property of PassportVisaExpress.com, Inc. However, you shall retain all ownership of any materials, which you provide to PassportVisaExpress.com, Inc. in connection with the preparation of the documents.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of any appropriate court within the Commonwealth of Virginia for adjudication of disputes arising from these terms and conditions.

Customer's act of transmitting the application to PassportVisasExpress.com, Inc. is customer's acceptance of the above stated terms and conditions.

CHECK POLICY - If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, our financial institution will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $50.00.
