Service Alert: Wednesday January, 26th, 2011- Heavy snowfall and high winds are expected to impact the Washington, DC area beginning this afternoon and lasting through tomorrow morning. Due to the developing snow storm in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area the Passport Agency as well as many of the embassies are expecting delays in processing applications for the remainder of the week. UPS, FedEx and USPS are also expecting delays and will be behind schedule.
