Applying for a 10-year tourist visa? Please read carefully:

Your passport is required to have 2 blank visa pages. The consulates prefer that they be back to back.
If your passport requires additional visa pages please contact us for assistance.
If your purpose of visit is for recreation/sight seeing, casual visit to meet friends and relatives/others, you must select "Visitor Tourist" on the visa type option.
Visa is issued by the Consular's discretion; even though you're applying for a 10-year tourist visa, you may only receive a 1-year tourist visa. Official responsible for the visa will not provide a reason/explanation for such action.
